Well, look at what my old external HD had in it:

... time has gone by so fast!

I kind of miss college...

I miss hanging around the faculty area, or loitering the hallways, or chatting with professors about non-school related things...

I miss discrete math and automata theory! (a.k.a the BEST.SUBJECT.EVER!)

I miss the paskuhan festival... the ginormous Christmas tree, the fireworks and, of course, the food stubs...

I miss the thesis all-nighters at our studio apartment at Asturias. Di bale ng di makaligo, basta pumasa! :D

I miss the multi-media project that could rival a "pito-pito" movie's production value. (I love that project, but please, Lord, burn all copies of that video...amen.)

I miss eating footlongs and mango shakes at Lovelite, sizzling sisig at Almer's, pork chop at Mike's BRB, and the rice-all-you-can at Momo's...

and what made those moments worth missing were the people I shared them with... ang true barkada! :D (ma-touch kayo!!!)

In the most "macho" and unfeminine way possible.... I miss you guys!!! :D

Just saw in the news that Malaysia has officially joined the H1N1 Virus club... 

Now Singapore expects that it will be a matter of time before the virus crosses the border.

I (need) want a new phone...

My motorola's battery is acting up for quite some time now. But instead of buying a new battery, I am just going to ditch it for new phone, since it's a very old model anyway. (and because I caaaaan....)

I need a slim phone, preferably as slim as motorola razr v3i. The cheaper, the better, since it's just a "secondary" phone for my Singtel prepaid SIM. (I'll still be keeping my Dopod 838Pro for my Starhub line). Special features not that important, I just need it for text messaging and making calls.  Good keypad design is definitely a factor. Long battery life is preferable. Likes long walks on the beach and taking care of dogs and cats is a big plus... (erm... wait, scratch that last one...wrong ad! :P)

Anyway, so far what comes to mind is Nokia 5310. It's slim and it's simple yet elegant... me like. :)



I've seen several Sony Ericsson models that fit the bill, but I've never had an SE phone before, so I'm not so sure if the user interface would be a big leap from what I've gotten used to.

Anyway, I'm still hunting for the perfect phone out there, I'm not really in a hurry.

Any suggestions?

I read this just now in the inquirer.net about the H1N1 Virus (a.k.a. Swine Flu)

The supreme irony is this: With all the global alert of the threat of the virus to large-scale decimation of human life, no pigs have died from the virus; they have developed immunity from the disease.

Those bastards!!!
