im not feeling well :(

im not feeling well since this morning...
kaya late na ako nagising... actually nagising naman ako on-time...
natulog lang ako uli kase nga masama pakiramdam ko.... hehehe... (ganun din yun!!!)
alam mo yung feeling na para kang lalagnatin...
tipong masakit yung lalamunan mo, tpos parang ang init ng mata mo?...
ito yun... tpos samahan mo pa ng sakit ng ulo... :(

pauwi pa man din ako sa sunday...
baka ma-quarantine pa ako nito pagdating sa pinas...
hindi to bird flu... promise... i dont eat ducks! :) hehehe...

masama cguro talgang maligo ng 2x pag winter...hehehe...
sa pinas kase yung 2x parang kulang pa... :)

sana lang di matuloy itong sakit na ito...

nihongo speech???

got an email yesterday regarding our nihongo final exams...

"the examinations will not be in regular test format; rather, we will be holding a class-wide NIHONGO SPEECH CONTEST, patterned after the JFM's recently concluded NIHONGO SPEECH CONTEST."

what???!!!!

i cant even write a complete sentence?!?!.... and i am expected to deliver a speech??? what????
nyaaahahahhaaaa... im doomed.. :I

since i've got no choice... fine...fine...fine... matagal pa naman! hehehe...

last night, i started thinking of possible speech titles... hehehe

1) nihongo ga wakarimasen (i dont understand japanese)
-title and actual essay itself. probably the shortest essay i've ever written...

2) toire wa doko desu ka? iie benjo, iie....iie... (where is the toilet?... not the japanese style...no...no...)
-a girl's life-long search for a western-style cr

3) kore.... kore..... kore.... (this...this...this)
-speech which consists of nothing but "kore" and an awful lot of props. although there are moments when an object is thrown far, then "sore" is used...

4) urutura-erekuturo-magunetiku- otearai... (ultraelectromagnetic toilet)
-the super hightech toilet that turns into a fighter-robot when evil strikes...plus, it makes cute (and obviously recorded) flushing sounds during battle and makes sure that everyone is comfy through its well-heated and fully-deodorized toilet seat...

5) ahiru-chan jodan (duckie/jas jokes)
-nihongo compilation of the infamous duck jokes....

so far... yan pa lang naiisip ko... hhmmnn... probably because those are the only japanese words i know?!!! except for my favorite..."ohayou" hehehe...

thanks nga pla ke ben... sa kanya ko tinanong yung nihongo ng "joke"... hehehe...

kung nawawala ka sa japan, at napansin mo na napakarami ng babae compared sa lalaki sa paligid... at karamihan sa mga babae ay ganito ang kulay or style ng buhok... well, mataas ang probability na ikaw ay nasa shibuya.... the "Mall Capital of Japan"... (ata.. hehehe... daming mall e... hehehe...)
wala lang... naaliw lang ako sa buhok nila... naalala ko yung aso namin dati nung bata pa ko... hehehe... ang mean... :)

kelangan ko pa bang ipaliwanag kung bakit ko kinunan ito?

nakakita kami ng museum na free yung admission... syempre pumasok kami... hehehe... sayang... nihongo yung mga sinasabi sa videos... may natutunan na sana kaming bago...

Sunday...

Nadaanan na namin itong temple na ito dati ni frank... pro ngayon lang namin nalaman na meron pa plang entrance sa may gilid... at mas maganda sya at malaki... dami ring tao... madaming may mga astig na camera kaya minsan nakakahiyang ilabas ang mumunti kong camera... hehehe...

patapos na ang winter... malapit na ang spring... kaya may mga flower na nag-sa-start nang mag-bloom... im not really a "flower-fan"... pro kung puro branches ba naman ang katabi nyang mga puno, dun mo ma-a-appreaciate yung ganda nya...

after this, punta na kami ng Ueno to meet up with henrison, jecal and alvin (na nun ko pa lang nakita...)

nag-eat-all-you-can kame.... hehehe... di na talga ako papayat nito... hehehe...

then, after nun, punta kami akihabara (san pa?!) pra mangarap... hehehe...

dahil nga mega late na ako nagising... syempre ma-loka-loka ako kanina kakaayos ng gamit at kaka-prepare ng sarili. sa kakamadali, imbes na conditioner ang ilagay ko sa buhok ko, body soap ang nailagay ko... tsk..tsk... at eto pang malala... habang sinusuot ko yung medyas sa isa kong paa, hinahanap ko kung nasaan yung kapares... a few seconds later, dun ko lang narealize na nasuot ko na pla sa kabila kong paa... engots!!!

di na rin ako naka-breakfast... buti na lang may pagkain sa bag ko... hehehe...
nakalimutan ko din yung payong ko... sana lang wag umulan....

i broke the 9:10 habit....

darn it!!!
this addiction to anime is getting worse by the day...

i woke up at 8:00am this morning...
dapat 7:00am ang gising ko... tupa... puyat kase ng puyat.... :(

nasira tuloy ang mala-"groundhog day" pasok namin ni frank sa ofis...
as far as i can recall kse, 9:10am lagi kami nakakarating sa ofis...
basta every day yun, pagpasok namin sa pinto, makikita namin yung clock sa wall...
ngayon... we came in at 9:14am... darn! sayang ang record!!!

pansin ko lang talga dito sa nihon... ang daling gawing de-metro ang buhay...
halos constant ang travel time at iisa lang ang sinusundang oras.
pati ang mga tao dito... constant din ang ginagawa at oras ng pagdating.

anyway... kelangan kong bumawi ng tulog mamyang gabi...
sana lang... di na naman ako mapuyat kakapanood ng bleach... hehehe... sana....

Valentine’s day...

Some people abhor it... some people adore it...
I on the other hard, am just plain happy it's not the same day as my birthday... :)

I mean, knowing my parents, they would have named me Valentina... or something equally crappy. No offense to all the “Valentina’s” out there... You are all probably beautiful creatures of God. But seriously though, “Valentina???”...Cmon... don’t tell me you actually like your name and use it... (unless of course your second name is Lourdes, then I would probably understand why you’d use “Valentina” instead....)

The 23 things u should know about me

1. I am the youngest of 5 kids... I have 4 brothers. The age gap between my fourth brother and me is 6 years. (oo, madalas akong tuksuhin noon na ampon ako... hehehe...)

2. I have a very vague memory of playing outside when I was young. As early as I can recall, I was raised by television and family computer (yes, I’m an 80’s baby...).

3. I was born Feb 11 (Friday, 5:35pm), feast day of Our Lady of Lourdes... which explains my horrendous second name. My mom made a “panata” to the Our Lady of Lourdes, so she can have a daughter, and walla... few years later, I was born... Thus reinforcing my parent’s belief that I am a “blessing”. And thus reinforcing my belief... that God really has an amazing sense of humor. hehehe...

4. I wanted to be an air force pilot, but I was 5 inches short of the height requirement. 5 f&^*ng inches!!! Seriously now, do you really need to be that tall to fly a f*&^#ng plane!!! I don’t think so?!!! (yes, im still bitter about it!!!)

5. I was educated in Catholic school from Kinder to College.


6. I have a guitar. her name is Helena (kulay blue at black) oo, may pangalan sya! May angal? Hehehe...

7. I don’t do well under pressure.

8. I firmly believe and have faith in God, but I am not religious.

9. I was not born in a hospital. I was born at our house then, at Del Monte Ave, QC.

10. I was not supposed to go to my second interview at my current job, dahil kulang ang aking pamasahe (pathetic noh?). I lived in an apartment then, near ust, and have too much pride to ask my parents for additional money..(again..) Buti na lang may nagbayad ng utang sa akin...(na of course di ko maalala na pinautang ko pla sya… buti na lang nagkusa… hehehe…) speaking of utang... yung mga may utang sa akin simula nung gradeschool... Nasan na bayad nyo? Hehehe...

11. obviously, magastos akong tao. the more I earn, the more I spend. nakasanayan na lang din siguro.

12. hindi kame gumagamit ng “po” at “opo” sa bahay... ayaw ng daddy ko. gusto daw nya, prang friends lang daw kme. (nagpapabata! Hehehe...)

13. iyakin ako... ayaw ko lang pinapakita. movies, books, stories, events... name it, basta nakakaiyak / nakaka-relate ako - iiyakan ko yan!

14. I don’t like being surrounded by a bunch of strangers... lalo ng kung sila magkakakilala at ako lang yung “odd one”

15. I’ve never been hospitalized for anything... no broken bones, no gory cuts, and no fatal communicable disease whatsoever... (None that I recall)

16. madalas akong mag-sneeze when im around newly-watered plants/soil. ayaw ko lang din talaga nung amoy...

17 . I’m a Barbie Almalbis fan…:)

18. I’ve fallen in love and have fallen apart. but im willing to give it another try. just not now, I have to figure out a lot of things on my own...

19. kung di ako feb 11 pinanganak, my name would have been “Vanessa” (now, everybody laugh!!! Hahaha.... Natawa din ako nung nalaman ko... hehehe...) Kung lalake naman daw ako, “Vladimir”... ang seryoso noh?? di ko kinaya... buti na lang babae ako.. hehehe...

20. I love my family, my friends, my job... at syempre si God. kahit na madalas kaming mag-clash ng plano... alam kong may dahilan ang lahat ng bagay...

21. meron akong eye glasses, di ko lang sinusuot... di bagay e. meron din akong retainers... di ko rin sinusuot.... naiirita lang ako... hehehe...

22. matampuhin akong tao, di ko lang pinapakita at sinasabi. Ayaw ko kseng balang-araw pagsisihan ko kung anu mang sasabihin ko sa isang tao. kailangan ng matinding “emotional sensitivity” para malaman kung ano tlga ang nararamdaman ko... Kung gaano ako kabilis magtampo, ganun din ako kabilis patawanin...
