wow! 2008 na?!?!

I don't know about you, but isn't it surreal that we're actually living in the year 2008??? Sometimes I find it really hard to believe because it sounds so "futuristic"... hehehe...

When I was a kid, whenever I hear the year 20something, I imagine flying cars, aliens, and all those cool stuff you see in the Jetsons cartoon. But now that I'm actually here in year 20something, all i see are weird people... I'm not so sure if they count as aliens...

Ever feel like time passed by and you didn't even notice? I get that a lot! For example when someone tells me that a certain event happened on the year 1998, i usually think it's just a recent event, but when I think about it hard enough (thanks to my high-speed math skills ), OMG! it's been almost 10years already?!!

All these ramblings lead me to one final conclusion... damn! I'M OLD!!! (yes, as usual, it's all about ME!!!)

Anyways, before I rant any further: Happy New Year, my fellow old people...
